I had an outstanding experience at Nando’s yesterday, thanks to Abdi and his incredible customer service. It was my wife’s birthday, and I wanted to make it extra special with a cake and candles. When I asked for assistance, Abdi went above and beyond—he actually stepped out to get candles himself! His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the evening unforgettable.
A special thank you also to his colleague, who joined in to sing Happy Birthday, adding to the joyful atmosphere. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and their efforts meant so much to us. I only wish I had cash on hand to leave a tip, and I hope that in the future, Nando’s allows tips via card payments to better appreciate such exceptional service.
Beyond the amazing service, the food here is always delicious, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. We are regulars at this branch and always enjoy the fantastic meals and welcoming atmosphere.
I also understand that this branch will be undergoing maintenance from 25-Feb-25, and we’ll definitely be back once it reopens. Looking forward to seeing Abdi again and enjoying more great moments at this location.

We didn’t understand at first that we have to get our cutlery. I ask one staff this and she kind of got angry. But in general waiters were nice. And food was so delicious.

The food was nice and fresh. There are many sauces. However we asked for the chicken to be well done but inside near the bones it was still reddish. When we asked the manager, she said because we cut it, she can’t do anything. Of course we need to cut to see it to see if it was well done or not. She was quite rude. Anyways overall, it was good.

I’ve been to many Nandos restaurants and by far this one is the best tasting and it has great service! I ordered a chickle burger (Pickle and chicken cheese burger) and sat down at a clean table. The food was nice and the toilets wore mostly clean. The burger tasted nice too! It was in a convenient area. I will come back again it was well priced for the burger and the sauces wore great!

This is a place for chicken lovers with tasty peri peri sauce. We loved their tender chicken options. We tried this burger 🍔 after a long time and tastes amazing. This is anytime recommended place for lunch and dinner. We waited 7-10 minutes to get seated, possibly quicker cleaning could make our wait time lower. We used their app to order at the table, it was very easy and convenient. Quickly we got the hot food. Chicken in the burger was very soft, we enjoyed it. Peri salted chips nice except too salty at some portions, possibly they can put the salt carefully to make it perfect in future. Menu options were good as always and parking available at the stadium parking area which is very convenient to park and try this lovely food with some shopping at LDO 😊

The staff here is very courteous, and the food service is also very affordable. However, if I talk about the cleanliness here, it definitely needs improvement. There are often crayons, food items, and used tissue papers scattered under the tables. The bathrooms are also not very clean and are only usable in emergencies. This restaurant offers self-paid services, where you have to go to the counter to pay and also pick up cutlery sets and glasses yourself. I hope that the cleanliness here will also be taken care of.

Appalling experience.My food was given to the table next to mine.When I’ve noticed I’ve let the waiter know.Shockingly he was ready to swap the food to my table after the other guests have eaten from it already.I have followed him to the counter as I was sure he will get me the same food and I wasn’t wrong as he was about to do this.He was very argumentative instead of being apologetic.I have then confronted him and new food was cooked even though the food they removed from the table was still on their counter instead of being placed in the bin, probably to be served to someone else as I cannot find any explanation to their actions.This is very unhygienic and that unit should be visited by the Food standard agency as soon as possible.
No apology but the Boxing Day out with my family was ruined.
